No RERA license required to start. Prior real estate, legal documentation, or field inspection experience is preferred but not mandatory. If you're methodical, detail-oriented, and comfortable visiting unfamiliar locations — this is your role.
You'll be assigned properties across your service zone. A two-wheeler or car speeds up your task volume significantly.

All verification photos are submitted through the Orbit app. Minimum 12MP camera recommended.
After visiting a property, your report must be submitted within 2 hours to qualify for commission.
